West Campus Music Disneyland Trip Invite

Trip Dates: May 23–26, 2026 – This is after the AP testing period, Memorial Day weekend with Monday off, and students will have an excused absence on May 26th!

Thanks to a year of successful fundraising, the Music Boosters will be covering the $11,500 bus and transportation related costs.

Trip Details

Estimated Cost: ~$500 per student

This price includes:

• 3 nights at Clementine Hotel (breakfast included): $150

• Transportation/Travel: $5

• 2-Day Park Hopper tickets: $315

• Disneyland performance fee: $30

Other meals and personal purchases not included.

Fundraising Opportunity!

Starting November 19, we will be selling Butterbraid frozen bread and cookie dough!

• Products will be delivered after school on Tuesday, December 16th

• Profit margin: approx. 30% per item

• Payment & forms are due Friday, December 5th

• Sales are tracked per student and will directly reduce share of cost if not yet paid for, then Disneyland trip cost

Example: Sell $200 → $60 credit toward Disney

If we see strong interest, we will plan a second fundraiser in Spring!

Payment Timeline:

• Deposit of $100 per student is due Friday, January 30, 2026

• Remaining balance is due Friday, March 20, 2026
