All WC Music students in 5th period and 6th period band will need to order a shirt.

Family members, staff members, and students not in the band classes can also use this form to order a shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie.

We will use this form to get sizes, help us get prices from Custom Ink, and get feedback on if we should also order sweatshirts or hoodies. 

We will use the email address you add to contact you regarding the final price and payment information.
