Adult Volunteers Needed for the Gala Wine Wall:
Wine Wall Volunteering Description: The wall of wine raffle is simple. Guests buy a ticket for $25 and get to choose a bottle from the table.
Responsibilities: 
Before gala: 
  • Collect wine that’s been donated.
  • Organize the wine in a spreadsheet with the following info: wine type/label/winery, donor, dollar value
  • Purchase a few supplies to make the wine wall inviting and functional
  • Set up a way for people to randomly select the bottle
During the event on 2/21/25 at the Dante Club:
  • Set up the Wine Wall (table).
  • Be at the table in shifts to give people their wine.
