We are going to Disneyland!
Our concert band was accepted to perform on stage on Sunday, May 24, 2026 in the California Adventure Park. Our total trip will be 4 days, May 23 – 26, 2026.

West Campus Music Disneyland Trip Invite

📅 Trip Dates: May 23–26, 2026 – This is after the AP testing period, Memorial Day weekend with Monday off, and students will have an excused absence on May 26th!

✨ Thanks to a year of successful fundraising, the Music Boosters will be covering the $11,500 bus and transportation related costs.

🏰 Trip Details

Estimated Cost: ~$500 per student

This price includes:

  • ✅ 3 nights at Clementine Hotel (breakfast included): $150

  • ✅ Transportation/Travel: $5

  • ✅ 2-Day Park Hopper tickets: $315

  • ✅ Disneyland performance fee: $30

Other meals and personal purchases not included.

Payment Timeline:
  • The total cost per student is $500.
  • Deposit due February 6, 2026*: $100
  • Second payment due March 6, 2026: $200
  • Balance due April 3, 2026 (amounts will vary based on student’s fundraising efforts)
  • Payments can be made with cash, checks written to “WC Music Boosters,” or via PayPal.
